1.1. By accessing or using the Ice Skating Association of India website ("Website") at www.iceskatingindia.in, whether or not you become a registered user ("User", "You", "Yourself"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which you acknowledge to have read and understood.

1.2. The Ice Skating Association of India ("ISAI", "We", "Us", "Our") reserves the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify, or otherwise alter these Terms at any time without further or advance notice. You may review these Terms on the Website on a regular basis to keep Yourself informed of any changes.

1.3. By continuing to use the Website after any such changes to the Terms, you agree that the posting of new or revised Terms on or within the Website shall constitute adequate and constructive notice to You of any revisions and changes. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes or after explicitly accepting the new Terms upon logging into the Website shall constitute Your acceptance of such changes.

1.4. The use of particular services offered on the Website may be subject to specific terms of service related to those services. In using such services, you agree to be bound by the terms then in force. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and any other terms of service, those other terms of service shall prevail in respect of the concerned service.

2. REGISTRATION OBLIGATION

2.1. Certain areas of the Ice Skating Association of India Website may require registration. By registering, you acknowledge and certify that:

   - You are eligible as per the eligibility criteria specified for the creation, operation, and usage of an account as set forth in these Terms.

   - The information you provide as part of the registration process is true, accurate, and not misleading.

2.2. In respect of your use of these restricted areas, you agree to:

   - Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.

   - Maintain and promptly update your personal information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete as may be the case from time to time.

2.3. If you provide, or ISAI has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have provided, any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or ISAI otherwise reasonably considers that you have failed to comply with any provisions of these Terms, ISAI has the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and refuse you access to any and/or all current or future use of the Website (or any portion thereof) without any notice in advance.

3. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

3.1. You will receive a password and a personal account upon completing the registration process. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and for all activities that occur under your password and account.

3.2. You hereby agree to:

   - Immediately notify ISAI of any unauthorized use of your password or account and any other breach of security.

   - Ensure that you sign out of your account at the end of each session.

ISAI cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

4. CONTENT

4.1. The Ice Skating Association of India Website includes content:

   - Provided by ISAI ("ISAI Content").

   - Uploaded, posted, submitted, or otherwise provided by the Users while registering on the Website ("User Submissions").

   - Uploaded, posted, submitted, or otherwise transmitted by third parties ("Third-Party Content").

4.2. ISAI Content:

   - All ISAI Content, including feeds, is owned by, or licensed to, ISAI. ISAI Content is provided to you "AS IS" and may not be used, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes than for accessing and using it on the Ice Skating Association of India Website.

5. USER SUBMISSIONS

5.1. Representation and Warranty: By submitting any content, materials, or information ("User Submissions") to the ISAI Website, you represent and warrant that:

  - Your User Submissions do not infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary right or right of publicity or privacy.

   - Your User Submissions do not violate any law or regulation.

   - Your User Submissions are not defamatory or trade libelous.

   - Your User Submissions are not obscene or contain pornography.

   - Your User Submissions do not include incomplete, false, or inaccurate information about yourself or any other individual.

   - Your User Submissions do not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programs intended to damage, interfere with, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.

   - You have obtained the written consent, release, and/or permission of each identifiable individual person in any User Submission to use their name or likeness.

5.2. License Grant: You grant ISAI an irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sub-licensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Submissions in connection with the ISAI Website without limitation, for the purpose of promoting and redistributing part or all of the User Submissions (and derivative works thereof) in any and all media formats and through any and all media channels.

5.3. ISAI's Discretion: ISAI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, remove, or delete any User Submission that violates these Terms or infringes another's intellectual property rights. ISAI may also terminate your access to the Website without notice for such violations.

6. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

6.1. Retention of Rights: You retain all rights in any third-party content ("Third-Party Content") that you provide on the ISAI Website. You are solely responsible for your own content and its consequences.

6.2. Disclaimer: ISAI acts as a platform for Third-Party Content and is not liable for such content posted on the Website. ISAI does not control Third-Party Content, and it may be inaccurate or mislabeled. ISAI makes no representation or warranty regarding Third-Party Content.

6.3. Representation and Warranty: You represent and warrant that your Third-Party Content:

   - Does not infringe any intellectual property rights.

   - Does not violate any law or regulation.

   - Is not defamatory or obscene.

   - Does not contain incomplete, false, or inaccurate information.

   - Does not contain malicious software or programs.

6.4. License Grant: You grant ISAI a license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform Third-Party Content in connection with the ISAI Website for promotional purposes.

6.5. ISAI's Discretion: ISAI reserves the right to edit, remove, or delete any Third-Party Content that violates these Terms or infringes intellectual property rights.

7.1. The Ice Skating Association of India logo, emblems, and other marks are trademarks and copyright material of ISAI. You agree not to use these marks without ISAI's prior written consent.

7.2. Republishing or redistributing third-party content from the ISAI Website is prohibited without the prior written consent of the rights holder.

8. COPYRIGHT AND COPYRIGHT AGENTS

9. MODIFICATION TO SERVICE

ISAI reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Website, services, content, User Submissions, and Third-Party Content with or without notice. ISAI shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Website or its content.

The material on the ISAI Website is for informational purposes only. ISAI makes no representation that the content is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than India.
